8th Annual StudentCPT Leadership Conference
About the Conference
In this intensive two-day training event, participants increase their knowledge and exposure to ethical leadership and take their experiences back home to apply on campus and in future endeavors. Students also learn about conflict management, personal accountability, strategic networking and best practices for running their StudentCPT chapters. THE ATTENDEES
Conference attendees or “student leaders” are a combination of existing StudentCPT chapter officers and members representing universities from across the country. The CPT staff works with chapter advisors and faculty to select students from each campus to attend. One student from each StudentCPT chapter will receive a full conference scholarship including; air travel, hotel accommodations, shuttle transportation, meals throughout the conference, conference materials, swag, events and sessions. Additional student members are welcome to attend and will receive a partial scholarship excluding airfare and hotel accommodations.
WHEN
The 2019 StudentCPT Leadership Conference will be held June 10-12 Washington D.C. alongside the NASBA Eastern Regional Meeting.
Students will travel to Washington D.C. on Monday, June 10 and begin the event with a casual group dinner. The actual conference will begin Tuesday morning and the last session will conclude at noon on Wednesday, June 12.
