Top 5 Fall Fun Community Service Ideas

Fall is in the air! Between football games and carving pumpkins, it may be easy to forget about one very important Student CPT requirement. Student CPT chapters are required to participate in two community service projects each year. Below are a few ideas to incorporate some fall fun with your chapter members and the community around you.

  1. Organize a “Trunk or Treat” event for children in the community.
  2. Set up a not-so-scary haunted house at a local children’s hospital.
  3. Rake leaves for the elderly living in retirement developments.
  4. Plan a blanket drive and donate the items to a local homeless shelter.
  5. Volunteer to sort cans at a local food bank.
