Belmont/Lipscomb StudentCPT Strengths Finder Session

The Belmont and Lipscomb StudentCPT chapters recently collaborated for a joint meeting to learn more about their strengths. Dr. William Latham served as the speaker and helped students understand their strengths, how to best apply them to their careers, and the importance of growing their strengths as opposed to focusing on their weaknesses.

The meeting was held on Belmont’s campus and the CPT National office applauds the Lipscomb students for traveling to Belmont and participating in this meeting.

CPT Team Members, Ashley Metivier, Sydney Shearer and Ryan Hirsch were also present at this meeting and engaged in the interactive activities Dr. Latham facilitated for the students.
